Web Design Certification on the Cutting Edge

Training and certification in the cutting edge web design techniques that guarantee universal site access in the modern world wide web environment is just around the corner. Currently we are applying for certification in training and assessment (TAA40104) through Vitreous (RTO No. 21531) and intend to seek listing as a registered training organisation (RTO) at some stage after certification.

Initially, this domain will document the chain of evidence for certification and offer unprecedented online documentation of the Certificate IV Information Technology (Websites: Design Stream, ICA40305), along with relevant certification assignment and project development details.

 

Market Strategy

Once we achieve RTO status, we will focus our training activities on bringing Australian commercial web designers up to international standards or on collaboration with social security organisations such as Centrelink, NEIS, and the Australian employment network providers to ensure that some of the unemployed get the competitive edge they need to find work or otherwise take their own market share from the industry by force of demonstrably superior talent. The path we take will be dictated by the free market.

Freestyle Chain of Evidence for TAA40104 Certification

The freestyle chain of evidence comprises evidence of competency based on the attendant's use of certification material in preparation for entry into the market protected by the certification in question (in this case the TAA40104 Certification).

 

RealmEleven Assignment I:
Apply Endocrine Driven Temperament Hypothesis to Differential Learning Theory

Endocrine driven temperament theory dictates that human temperament as the product of dominant emotional states that are ultimately hormonal in origin, is best derived from survival and prosperity vectors divided according to prime factors defining the number of endocrine lobes normally operating in Homo Sapiens. The assumption here is that preference for a particular learning strategy may well be tied to temperament and therefore postulates that learning strategies are numbered according to either the survival or prosperity vectors that define temperament.

The objective of this exercise is not to validate the endocrine driven temperament hypothesis but to define differential learning theory according to a scale whose end members can be later tied to dominant endocrine lobe activity on a falsifiable and therefore scientific basis.

 

RealmEleven Assignment II:
Develop an "icebreaker" to determine Endocrine Driven Differential Learning Demographics in the Class Room

Using the "endocrine driven" differential learning scale outlined in RealmEleven Assignment I, develop a questionnaire to allow the student to determine her/his Endocrine Driven Learning Style using the weighting of comparative statements. Opening statements are to be written in the linguistic style favoured by the process endemic to the dominant emotional strategy the statement applies to and gradually converge on neutral linguistic styles at the end of the questionnaire. The final question addresses the students existing quaternary learning scale and consistency of corroboration across the scales will offer a preliminary and anecdotal degree of falsification for the hypothesis that learning style is an artefact of temperament.

The objective of this exercise is to design and execute an ice breaker that piques student attention and delivers information on learning style that is comprehensive and can be compared with an arbitrary scale for the purpose of corroborative falsification of at least one underlying assumption.

 

RealmEleven Assignment III:
Assemble and Document a Certificate IV Course Outline in Web Design

Using material and/or leads from the NTIS website, assemble the training package material relevant to the Certificate IV Information Technology (Websites: Design Stream, ICA40305) and contextualise  a course to the Document Server Model as it applies to the world wide web.
